The two compartments are separated by a glass partition without a door. A row of seats is formed by 2+2 individual seats.
Half of the seats in each open saloon are arranged towards carriage end 1 or carriage end 2, resulting in an open compartment with a table in the centre.
There are luggage racks at the ends of the open-plan compartments, as well as lengthways above the windows.
