New UIC 60t Railway Cargo Train Car Hopper Wagon For Ballast Ore Mineral Particles

This covered hopper wagon is specially designed to transport ballast, ore or other mineral particles by standard guage railway. The car body is with covered roof and it could protect the transported cargo from the weathering. The wagon's unloading system adopt pheumatic discharging system and the main transmission mechanism is installed in the seperate operation cab. The hopper wagon is comprised of under frame, side wall, end wall, roof plate, hoppers, operation cab, unload goods system, dust remove system, bogies, brake system, and coupler buffer. The underframe is made by complete welded steel without middle beam with high quality carbon steel and the car body are welded by wearthering steel.

Discharging system:

When discharging the transported cargo (ballast or ore stones) , the bottom doors could be operated pheumatically or by manual. The hopper wagon is equipped with indepent operation cab to open and close the bottom doors of the hoppers. The doors operation mechanism is composed of upper transmission device and lower transmission device. The manual transmission mechanism and pneumatic control management system are set on the under frame at the one end of the car body. The pneumatic transmission and manual braking mechanisms are independent of each other, and its conversion is controlled by the shift fork and the jaw clutch. The bottom door opening and closing mechanism has a self-locking function, which can ensure that the bottom door will not open automatically during vehicle operation. At the same time, in order to avoid the accidental opening of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism caused by the operator's miss-operation during vehicle operation, an eccentric locking anti miss rotation device is also equipped.
